Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Tata Motors full-time

Pros

Flexibility in choice of work great place to experiment new ideas and collaborate with the best minds in the industry freedom and courage to do something different values its employees

Cons

fixed working hours working saturdays not very competitive salary bands delayed growth

Advice to Management

value the employees who are there to do something. growth must be on the basis of merit and not seniority

Current Employee - Software Development Test Engineer

I have been working at Tata Consultancy Services full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Good work environment and ethics. Good benefits .

Cons

clustered reporting hierarchy. Unjustified tag line “ experience certainty” due to dynamic project problem. Salaries should be revised . Been same for ages.

Advice to Management

Please put employee first rather than bonuses.
