What Employees Say
I have been working at Tealium full-time for more than a year
Tealium is an awesome company to work for. They often hire highly experienced people as many of the roles are specialized, but managers are still willing to take a chance on new hires that they see... potential in. I am so grateful to this company and the people here for seeing that potential in me and for all of the confidence they've instilled in me. I started in sales and through mentorship from various managers and peers, I was able to move into a more technical role. The people who helped me along the way got nothing in return. This company hires and maintains employees that genuinely care for one another and seek to better each other. I come to work every day excited about my job and happy to see all of my favorite people.
This is a self-starter environment. Our VPs and Directors have a lot demanded of them due to the fact that we are growing so rapidly. They are often traveling for the betterment of the Tealium... locations around the world and for the strategic vendor relationships we need to nurture. If you need constant supervision this would be a tough company for you to thrive at.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work! My boss is a VP that had to take my team over while we seek out a manager and he has made time for us every single week and done everything he can to make sure we are... successful.

There are "A" players everywhere in this company, it's truly amazing to me. I've been at multiple startups but few as talented. With the influx of funding and a deep, seasoned executive team, no... stone is being left unconsidered! If you're good at what you do, your talent will be leveraged to the max here.
Only now is the office a little more vibrant (vs. sleepy) with influx of newer headcount.
