Current Employee - Vice President

I have been working at TeamHealth full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

I enjoy the work I do. I get to lead, grow and develop a wonderful team. I have full support from my leader. TH continues to improve by having wonderful initiatives such as Women in Leadership. ... The leadership understands engagement and works to connect employees at all levels with the organizations' purpose.

Cons

No cons to mention -- none

Advice to Management

Continue to engage, grow and develop team members both clinician and non-clinician.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at US Department of Veterans Affairs full-time for less than a year

Pros

Supporting the Veteran experience is an honor. I come home each day feeling accomplished.

Cons

It can be difficult to maneuver through the various obstacles that present itself when working within a structured chain of command in an a government agency with over 400,000 employees. But those... difficulties can be overcome by intra and inter-office networking. Everyone has the same mission to support the Veteran experience, so it’s just a matter of working together to do so.
