Pros

Lot of opening for for entry-level position. Friendly co-worker.

Cons

For direct-hired contract staff, that mean - No career development or promotion after long service - No salary revision after contract renewal - Small benefits and perks and limit to yourself... only - Entitle only half annual compensation compare to permanent staff

Advice to Management

Create better career development route for direct-hired staff. Treat them better than just a tools to the company in needs Management must be proactive to learn what their competitors are doing to... avoid high turnover rate.
