Team Leader

I have been working at Tecumseh Products for more than 10 years

Pros

The company has great benefits and retirement plan. It's a fast paced company that trains it's employees to be productive on the job.

Cons

The company has slowed down considerably and employees are not getting 40 hours of work. The company seems to be on a d onward spiral.

Advice to Management

The company needs to seek business from other countries and within the continental US. If they do not seek other business; the company will soon phase out.

Pros

Excellent vacation, decent health benefits, Co workers are super easy to work with.

Cons

As every family has drama, Grammer is no different. Our engineering manager has chased away two teams and severely needs to be let go. Aside from that, no issues.

Advice to Management

Lead, follow or get out of the way.
