Featured Review

Current Employee - Business Analyst Senior

I have been working at Teleperformance full-time for more than a year

Pros

Dedicated management with an understanding of requirements and deadlines. Work/life balance is requested. Working on a weekend is very limited and not encouraged. Pay is competitive.

Cons

Benefits are pretty sparse. The best medical plan they offer still has a $3K out of pocket expense first for all medical expenses (co-pays aren't a thing on the plan), for single people and $6K for... families.

Advice to Management

Pay for better health insurance and you will keep better employees.

Former Employee - S/Assistant

I worked at Boux Avenue part-time

Pros

customers, rewards, bonuses, 90% staff lovely, worked as a team, like family, good target scheme, very busy if you like to be busy, trains you to be independent as well as team player.

Cons

staff issues most dont respect managers cause of their lack of management skills, horrible to staff when under pressure. negative vibes if confrontations happen

Advice to Management

dont put all your eggs in one basket go back to the great store you was and no one would of left.
