Featured Review

Former Employee - Senior Physical Therapist

I worked at Tenet Healthcare full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

This company cares about their employees. They introduced Market Raises, they began a Gemba board process looking at employees on the front lines regularly, and offered additional healthcare benefits... based on feedback

Cons

As with any bigger company, hierarchy can cause some political issues but the issues are universal across all companies

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! I and my colleagues miss working for you. Was proud to be part of Tenet under Macneal.

Former Intern - Student Administrative Aid

I worked at Cook County (Illinois) for less than a year

Pros

The people in my department were motivated and passionate. They were always willing to assist me whenever I asked. They also trusted me with important work.

Cons

Apparently, other departments in Cook County are not as motivated or passionate about the work they do. Other aids are sometimes not trusted with completing important work.
