Specific branches management is on top of things, good help and they care, the company puts a lot into training and making sure you're all good for anything that comes your way

Lots of policies are vague, lots of unknowns in the company

Management fails to act on those suggestions and improvements. Doesn't walk the walk. But will talk the talk.
