Featured Review

Current Employee - Senior Director

I have been working at Teva Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

The mission that drives this company is amazing, and it really unites everyone to work together as a team to provide the best services. I’m proud to be part of a company that is making better days... for millions of patients. Regardless of your role in the company, working in this industry offers you the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives. Plus, it’s a global organization and I get to work with a number of different colleagues from all over the globe. The people I work with on a daily basis are great. You are provided opportunities for stretch roles to advance your career.

Cons

Corporate needs to do a better job with communication.

Advice to Management

Communicate the good and the bad news.

Former Employee - Technical Advisor

I worked at Eishtec full-time for less than a year

Pros

- management and team leaders are very friendly and approachable - Fun atmosphere around the place - People you work beside are generally nice and good fun - Training is handy and you get to... know people

Cons

- Work is very repetitive and boring - Not much chance getting off the phones within the first 2 years - Pay is not worth it for the work done - Very little flexibility in terms of breaks - 10... mins personal, 2x 15 minute breaks and 1 30 min break which you aren't paid for

Advice to Management

Try and mix things up a bit more if possible. Taking 30-40 of the same every day for months on end becomes tedious.
