"Work at TI"Oct 5, 2019

Current Employee - Analog Engineer

I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time

Pros

In the field of semiconductors, TI is the best place to work. On the go, you'll be facing a lot of challenging and exciting work. Even a fresher will bestowed with greater responsibilities which... indeed provides immense satisfaction and a sense of ownership.

Cons

Nearing the deadlines, your work can impute your Work-Life balance at times. Else to that everything is chill

Advice to Management

Pretty much satisfied with management

Current Employee - Outside Sales Representative

I have been working at Womack Machine Supply full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Womack gives you a lot of freedom to develop your own territory while still supporting you and giving you the tools you need to succeed. How hard I work directly translates into more earnings which... as a commissioned salesman is all you can really ask for.

Cons

A large portion of the business is tied to the oilfield which means some instability in your annual income, however there are plenty of opportunities to diversify into other markets.
