Former Employee - Managing Partner

I worked at Texas Roadhouse full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

People focused. High energy, fast paced, and fun. A rewarding career that allows you to invest into the people you work with and the business itself. You get to run it like you own it with less risk.... The company has great Support Center (corporate office) and support managers to help you grow your business. Great compensation once you build the business.

Cons

Work-life balance...as a Partner/Owner you will want work the weekends, holidays, and nights to grow the business (it is the restaurant business). The rewards come with the sacrifice.

Advice to Management

Keep your foot on the gas and thank you for everything along the way!

Current Employee - Server

I have been working at RMH Franchise full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The management is fair and always keeps a positive armosphere.

Cons

Customers are despicable, you could be the best server in the world and they will find something wrong. But, that's the server life.

Advice to Management

None, they're outstanding.
