Featured Review

Current Employee - Server/Waiter

I have been working at Texas Roadhouse part-time for less than a year

Pros

- Fluctuating pay, but usually good at around 80-100 dollars per shift - Teamwork is extremely encouraged and mandatory - High paced environment, you'll never be bored

Cons

- Some workers don't understand what teamwork means and this can be extremely frustrating. - Things can get messy really quickly if someone doesn't do their job.

"Great Company"Oct 14, 2019

Former Employee - Server/Bartender

I worked at Sullivan's Steakhouse part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

They invest in their employees knowledge, they notice when you are going above and beyond

Cons

You'll wonder where in the world corporate changes come from, as if someone who created a new process/dish/drink/plating method has ever worked in the food industry.

Advice to Management

Put new things through a test restaurant before implimenting, if you already do that you're not listening to feedback.
