"Great Company"Feb 10, 2020

Current Employee - Customer Service

I have been working at Textron full-time for less than a year

Pros

Good benefits for health, dental, vision and 401k match. Allows employees to grow

Cons

More training for new employees

Former Intern - Government Relations

I worked at United Technologies for less than a year

Pros

Great people, great company, great office. So many opportunities to get out into DC and get exposure to the political scene (and the aerospace/defense field). Exposure to high-level people as well.

Cons

Could have been more long-term projects for the interns. Summer is slow regardless, but lots of days where not much was going on.
