For those considering moves from NYC or other larger metro areas, living in Baltimore would be a significant transition. That said, there are several benefits to living in Baltimore - a different... work/life balance and great schools & neighborhoods especially. Additionally, Campbell is a smaller company; so for some coming from larger work environments, the transition may feel like a significant change (not necessarily difficult though) as there just may be different standard operating procedures and cultural differences.
