Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at The Blackstone Group full-time for less than a year

Pros

great company to work for

Cons

no downsides, all is the best

Current Employee - Vice President

I have been working at Francisco Partners full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

- Top positive for me is their talent development: I've been here for four years and promoted once, whereas most other PE firms would have forced me out at some point along the way. I'm very much... not unique either as FP has a long track record of nurturing their employees and promoting from within - I really enjoy the tech focus - People are all genuinely kind people and easy to get along with - Working in the Presidio instead of FiDi is a huge morale booster

Cons

The cons here are also systemic to the private equity industry at large. No job is perfect after all.
