Advice to Management

Thumbs up

Former Employee - Public Relations Manager

I worked at Sephora full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Passionate people, dedicated to the success of the company, brands and individuals. The clearest pathways to success I've had at any company with a strong focus on career development. Innovative,... open to ideas from ANYONE. Great bonus structure. Plus, it's FUN!

Cons

This specific position was away from the headquarter office in San Francisco which made the connection a bit harder. Depending on the department, promotions and financial increases can be very slow.
