Featured Review

Current Employee - Busser

I have been working at The Cheesecake Factory part-time for less than a year

Pros

The tips are good, the hourly pay is good, the people can be friendly. Around the year there are also chances to move to different positions if you want.

Cons

The work it self can be intense as you are need to clear tables as fast as possible, Being in a busy area leads to this being tough. You also have to do your own dishes which is not the most fun... thing in the world.

Current Employee - General Manager

I have been working at Islands Restaurants full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Strong, fun, and welcoming culture. Career advancement is there for those capable of earning it.

Cons

Not so much an Islands thing, but the industry is in a weird place right now.
