Pros

- The company not only produces great products that help people around the world, they really believe in taking care of the people that work there. - The Executive team takes time to ask questions... and really listens to ideas and feedback. - Through growth they create opportunities for advancement and promote a lot from within

Cons

- The pandemic drove a huge spike in demand which has spurred rapid change to try and create enough supply to meet it. Although it’s rewarding work, it’s required a lot of long hours over the past 1....5 years.
