Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at The Doctors Company full-time for less than a year

Pros

There's a lot of great benefits available, including a gym and cafeteria onsite. The pay for my position is above average, which was a significant jump from my last job and an important boost for my... career. Additionally, I genuinely enjoy the department I work in--there are a lot of awesome, hard-working people who make great content for the company.

Cons

With any corporation, you will find there are lots of moving parts and varying levels of seniority, which is not always easy to navigate. Also, although I'm accustomed to working in a fast pace... environment, for some, that may be difficult to adapt to; if you think you'd struggle at a fast pace, maybe this isn't the place for you.
