What Employees Say
I have been working at The Guthrie Clinic full-time for more than a year
I love the environment here in the clinic. It's the perfect pace for this point in my career. I've been a nurse for 16 years, and have held various positions at other facilities from floor nursing in... Oncology/Nephrology/Urology to L&D as well as a Nurse Manager position. The providers, nurses and PSS staff are wonderful to work with. Most importantly, I truly enjoy the patients! It is a wonderful feeling to be genuinely helping people on a daily basis, getting to know them and even their families is quite an enjoyable component of clinic setting nursing. I am enjoying everything about the clinic: the hours are great for a FT working mother with young children at home, the PTO accrual is phenomenal which allows me to not miss their school activities, and this is a beautiful facility to work in. I am loving my time at Guthrie.
Nothing. I certainly made the right decision in my career by joining Guthrie! I have absolutely no regrets.

They are continually investing in the latest technologies to provide their patients with the latest and most advanced treatment options and their employees with advancement opportunities.
