Pros

Opportunity to have freedom and build your own business that is growing and profitable. Brian Anderson is fabulous leader

Cons

Not being in HQ unless you live in Philadelphia, but field offices are well funded and nicely designed

Keep giving people freedom to leverage relationships and be creative about how to build revenue and profits
