Featured Review

Current Employee - Customer Care Specialist

I have been working at The Mark Travel Corporation full-time for less than a year

Pros

This team is on top of their game! They know exactly who they want to hire and ensure that the process is painless. From the initial phone call with the recruiter, Lindsay, to new hire paperwork.......you are informed and welcomed with open arms.

Cons

I can't think of any.

Former Employee - Reservation Agent

I worked at bluetravelservices full-time for more than a year

Pros

The benifits for travel would probably be the first and the last thing that keep people working for BTS. The pay is a bit more then a call center avarage here in Tallinn. Looks like a good place to... work at if you are a student.

Cons

A lot of evening shifts that make this job complicated. In the long run you get really stressed with this job. I managed to stay for 1 year. But yet again depends on the individual.
