Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at The Warehouse full-time

Pros

Great people to work with in stores, like a family. Always something to do. Fast pace.

Cons

No discipline, to many get out of jail free cards before any action is taken. This gives the rest of the team impressions that breaking the rules is ok. Management team instores are lumped with... ridiculous amount of tasks ontop of their roles duties. Task focused not customer focused. Development of Management is not a priority.

Advice to Management

Look after Managers instore, mental health is overlooked.

Pros

Well-run company. Efficient HR and generally responsive management.

Cons

Frequent manpower shortage in my department resulting in extra hours or work without warning.
