Pros

Thrive presents lots of unique opportunities to get exposure to many technologies across a broad and impressive client base. It is very fast paced, but clear that top performers are rewarded,... promoted and paid accordingly. Culture is strong. Company has many team / region based outings and tries to really put forth a customer first approach to everything.

Cons

The company is growing so fast, that sometimes it is hard to keep up.

Advice to Management

Keep the culture strong. Communicate across regions slightly more.

Pros

-Excellent staff, from the Top down -Highly trained engineer -Low stress / no micromanagement if your doing your job -Top notch Management / Leadership -Flexible schedule -Always room to grow... and advance -Great pay and benefits and always improving -Very good equipment and information access / ease -Very large and diverse customer base with many supported technologies -Excellent and well thought out trainings -Constant positive management feedback and support -Team events -A staff that get the job done well but have fun at the same time.
