What Employees Say
I worked at TomTom full-time for more than 10 years
I loved my colleagues at the office. Lebanon hiring for engineering is well-informed and collaborative, meaning that you will find colleagues who really are world class. In addition, the community... values run strong. With a 5-day Community Paid Leave per year, plus regular drives to help the poor or homeless, you'll find plenty of outreach opportunities. The office is also very keen on celebrating every milestone, meeting (usually) once a month for company sponsored drinks and snacks, and committed to regular employee updates. That plus the opportunity to work on world-class technology, there's little more you could ask for!
There are some downsides to being part of a multinational company. Intercontinental office "strategic competition" to secure the best technology responsibilities is a real but rarely acknowledged... issue. I have to say, this occasional downside is matched by the strong European ethic to look out for the best interests of the employee.

The mission that drives this company is amazing, and it really unites everyone to work together as a team to provide the best services we can to our clients.
Not many to speak of. Webgility is a great place to work.
