Former Employee - CNA

I worked at Touchmark part-time for more than a year

Pros

good environment to work in

Cons

short staffed and bad scheduling

Senior Technical Recruiter

I have been working at Payette Group for less than a year

Pros

Supportive team environment which is key in a sales position. If you want to make money - you have the control to do so and everyone in the company (including the CEO) is willing to do what it takes... to help you do that. World-class training that prepares you to be more than successful. The entire crew is outdoorsy and takes the "Work hard, play harder," mentality very seriously - company ski passes, lunch time mountain bike rides, after-work kayaking sessions, and more!

Cons

You're selling in an extremely competitive industry, but the leadership team makes sure that you have all the training you need to kill it.

Advice to Management

Keep on doing your thing! Thanks for the support!
