I have been working at Touro Infirmary full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Awesome location, smallish so everyone knows everyone. Feels like a family. Great Nursing opprotunities.

Cons

Being part of LCMC is a struggle sometimes. Have to pay to park but most parking close to the hospital.

Advice to Management

Continue to listen to front line staff.
