"Great company"Apr 5, 2019

Former Employee - Production Director

I worked at Townsquare Media full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

They get it and they know what works

Cons

I absolutely loved working with that team

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you’re doing.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at iHeartMedia full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great people, flexible hours, and working within music is a bonus! If you work hard you will be noticed by your manager. I like this job the most out of any role in media I have had. The pay is also... very fair and the benefits keep getting better.

Cons

The office isn't set up like a Spotify since the company is much more mature and doesn't cater to the 'start up' vibe. Otherwise it is an AWESOME place to work.
