Willing to give u a chance…straightforward instructors…a good environment to learn…and definitely A-1 hospitality!!!! Stacey, Cornell and Terry are the best!!!

Cons

It’s not all bad but definitely could improve employee/dispatcher/driver manager relationships…also; if ur not cut out for this type of work don’t apply… nobody is gonna hold ur hand!!! U have to get... it out the mud with TrandAm!!!

"Great place to work"

Current Employee - OTR Company Driver

Pros

Pretty decent miles a week. I'm getting roughly 2500 to 3000 miles a week. 64 cents a mile. I've had worse.

Cons

Just switched to a tablet. Some of the buttons don't work the way they should. Some days it's slow, just depends where you land. Some days there is no freight or so they say. Pay could be better.
