Willing to give u a chance…straightforward instructors…a good environment to learn…and definitely A-1 hospitality!!!! Stacey, Cornell and Terry are the best!!!

Cons

It’s not all bad but definitely could improve employee/dispatcher/driver manager relationships…also; if ur not cut out for this type of work don’t apply… nobody is gonna hold ur hand!!! U have to get... it out the mud with TrandAm!!!

Pros

The organization is large, but not too large that you feel disconnected. There is ample opportunity to build out a strong IDP and learn about many parts of the organization. This in turn leads to... growth both personally and professionally. The leadership teams all over the organization are phenomenal. The organization is truly built to last which leads to long term security in your career. The brand speaks for itself. The worklife balance you can achieve makes it a great place to work while raising a family.

Cons

There is no paternal leave. Maternal leave could be a bit longer. There is no opportunity for employee stock.
