Former Employee - Financial Analyst II

Pros

I gained a great deal of insight in how to report, develop budgets, and grow my excel skills. This job was a great introduction into the skills I needed to be successful in the private industry. Also..., the work-life balance was really rewarding.

Cons

You work with people who have been there for 20 years waiting to collect a pension, so the work culture bureaucratic. If you work in the right department, it's a very enjoyable job.
