Former Employee - Senior Art Director

I worked at Trinchero Family Estates full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Had to relocate out of state for family reasons- great company culture, creative environment and will greatly miss the people I worked with in California / TFE.

Cons

Had to relocate out of state for family reasons, but the earthquakes, wildfires and rain season isn't something I will necessarily miss about California.

Advice to Management

Keep expanding the great Creative Services department!

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Sutter Home Winery part-time for more than a year

Pros

*Free glass after work *Great Environment *good second job *Staff tasting classes *Rewards for selling wine clubs

Cons

*No real career advancement opportunities. *No review/pay raise system. Ownership changed hands and the focus drastically shifted to being about the wine club members. So much so that there is... a push to make it exclusive.

Advice to Management

Keep it open to the public, at least on the weekends so new comers have a chance to fall in love too.
