-Kind and Helpful Co-workers -Clear assignments and expectations -Accommodating of individual needs -Prompt with things like parking passes and passwords -Aesthetically pleasing work and social areas... -Nice compensation -WFH 2 days of the week

Cons

-Lunch isnt free but thats not a big deal whatsoever The food is amazing and theres so many options and it doesnt break the bank
