Former Employee - Production Worker

I worked at GSW Manufacturing full-time for less than a year

Pros

It's great for new production workers and have more advanced positions as you work longer.

Cons

It's hard and a lot of people don't make it past the first week.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing. I was happy when employed, and have no complaints.
