Featured Review

Current Employee - Software Engineering Manager

I have been working at Twitter full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great vision, transparent leadership, collaborative culture, diversity

Cons

I cannot think of any cons at the moment

Current Employee - Legal Counsel

I have been working at Bending Spoons full-time for less than a year

Pros

I just went through the application process, but, since the beginning, I felt like part of the Bending Spoons family: all the people are very friendly and ready to support through the process. On the... other hand, the assessment is quite long and intense, but in my view is one the best one I ever tried, because it tests all the main aspects of your future role (soft skills, legal skills, project management etc.).

Cons

The assessment is quite long (a couple of hours), but is structured very well. So no cons for me
