Current Contractor - Anonymous Contractor

I have been working at Twitter

Pros

Great culture and people, true to their core values.

Cons

Only complaint I have is that the contract is too short!

Current Employee - Software Developer

I have been working at Project A full-time for more than a year

Pros

Well, as VC Project A invests in many other companies and you get to work with a lot of them. What it means ? As software developer you get to see many many projects, technologies, people and cases... without going thought the hiring process. But what is the difference with a classical agency company ? The team and the people: when you go working for a Venture, you don't just go there to do some work, but you become part of the team to burst the productivity up! But this is just the working expect. If you look at the advantage and the people around you, it's fantastic

Cons

You can find yourself in a project that is not very interesting, but you can always ask to get moved
