I have been working at U.S. Department of State full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of diversity and culture. The organization cares about their people and those that carry out the mission.

Cons

Politics is part of any work place. If you’re a hard worker who takes pride in public service, not many cons. Very flexible with work-life situations.
