Current Employee - Director of Business Development

I have been working at U.S. Legal Support full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

A lot of room to move up. What you put in is what you get out. They allow a very flexible schedule and it’s a fun work environment. They understand the work like balance. A great group of individuals... to work with as well. They certainly take care of their employees and encourage suggestions and feedback.

Cons

High stress environment at times. You have to work nights and weekends...not for everybody.

Advice to Management

Great company to work for where they invest in their employees and enable them to be successful. We continue to grow as a company, while maintaining the small mom and pop feel. Very supportive... management team who continue to provide the tools to victory.

Current Employee - Administrative

I have been working at Atypical Brands full-time for more than a year

Pros

Half Day Fridays twice a month. Yes!..Hats off to Management for this implementation. Since this was an employee suggestion, thanks for listening. We are definitely headed in the right direction.

Cons

Lots of untruthful gossip is started by former employees that did not have good intentions for the company, which is disturbing to the rest of the employees and creates a lot of unnecessary gossip.

Advice to Management

Keep hiring people that want to be a part of the Organization that have good intentions for the company and are committed to representing this company only.
