Current Employee - Director of Business Development

I have been working at U.S. Legal Support full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

A lot of room to move up. What you put in is what you get out. They allow a very flexible schedule and it’s a fun work environment. They understand the work like balance. A great group of individuals... to work with as well. They certainly take care of their employees and encourage suggestions and feedback.

Cons

High stress environment at times. You have to work nights and weekends...not for everybody.

Advice to Management

Great company to work for where they invest in their employees and enable them to be successful. We continue to grow as a company, while maintaining the small mom and pop feel. Very supportive... management team who continue to provide the tools to victory.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Veritext full-time

Pros

I really liked working for this company. I facility was nice and the staff were very warm and welcoming.

Cons

The location was the only problem for me because I live very far away.

Advice to Management

When interviewing people who don't live near your location remember to discuss the costs involved with commuting there. A applicant commuting from New York City would be paying MTA and LIRR cost. ... They may think that they can do it, but it might be better to consider someone that lives closer or drives.
