"Great Company"Jul 20, 2018

Current Employee - Post Commander

I have been working at U.S. Security Associates full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Continued Training and Professional Development

Cons

Some accounts offer lower pay but I realize it’s client based. The Branch that I work for tries very hard to get the wages up for the Officers.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. They are very transparent with the field.

Former Employee - Security Officer

I worked at Covenant Services full-time for more than a year

Pros

As a Security Officer, you have an amazing opportunity to meet exciting and new people while observing and reporting any anomalies to the company and its clients.

Cons

There may be some extended standing or walking involved while you patrol your area.

Advice to Management

Honestly I have no advice. The company does a very good job serving their clients, and keeping their employees informed and trained.
