Cons

Bozzuto’s clients have high standards. You have to have an exceptional technical understanding of accounting to be successful here. This organization is not for individuals who are looking to coast... through 9-5 pm. You need to be able to handle stress exceptionally well and roll with the punches. The work is challenging, but manageable assuming you have a thorough understanding of accrual-based accounting and can multi-task and manage your time well.
