Pros
They really care about their employees. It truly reflect on benefits and resources they provide for well being of it's employees. Even though company is going through merger process it did not... effected it's employees or customers much because of it's transparent communication and plans. Company have a clear vision and goals setup. Everyone has their chance in the company to grow in their career after becoming a true global company after the merger.
Cons
I don't think of any major con's. It is going through merger process which has slight changes in the company structure and roles recently.
Pros
ADP has a WIDE range of opportunities: professional advancement, free college courses that you take and then ADP pays YOU once you pass, tuition reimbursement, financial assistance to ADP families in... need, hybrid work schedule, yearly bonuses, free online classes on everything from workouts to classes held by certified professionals on childcare...the list goes on and on. Absolutely fantastic.
Cons
I have been here since July and I have never been part of a company that offers so much to their employees. I am here for the long-haul.
