Former Employee - Executive Director

I worked at Mcfit full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great vision, great designs, cool offices

Cons

Management by order, only the word of the owner counts, even when proven wrong. Hire & Fire mentality. High fluctuation.

Advice to Management

Employees are the most important resources, especially in a people's business. So, make them feel important and have respect of their contribution and motivation.
