Former Employee - Trainer package handler pre sort shift

I worked at UPS full-time for more than a year

Pros

Full Benefits, Schedule, Holidays, and the people I worked with (Management and Union) were all great to be able to work with.

Cons

The only slight downside was adjusting to the hours, but aside from that once you did get used to it, it was AWESOME.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing because it is highly effective.
