Former Employee - Operation NCO

I worked at US Transportation Command full-time

Pros

Good People and a good place to work

Cons

Not many. People will work hard to help you.

Current Employee - Web Advisor

I have been working at Endurance International Group full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great benefits, full-time hours, and great entry-level tech experience. During COVID-19 they've really taken our safety seriously and allowed everyone to work remotely. Also, management focuses on... individual development and training.

Cons

I wish the pay was higher and I'm not a fan of billing related calls. As a web advisor you have to take both technical and billing related calls.

Advice to Management

I think some of the strict metrics could be loosened and not automatic grounds for performance improvement plans. We can't control what kinds of calls we get, so it is not always possible for us to... convince the customer to agree to a consultative conversation. It also seems contradictory to be told we are not salespeople, yet we are required to meet sales goals.
