you got paid by the minute so you controlled what you wanted to make and there was always room for promotion as supervisor

sometimes calls were slow and getting assistance with issues sometimes took longer than average

All of these years have been a great learning everyday and enjoyed every moment of work experience

I didn't see any cons as such. I was given opportunity to learn new things and was given new positions basis of my experience.
