Featured Review

Former Employee - Rotational Analyst

I worked at USAA Real Estate full-time

Pros

Rotational program gives you insights into many different sides of business and allows for a learning environment. Great people and San Antonio is a great town to make your life.

Cons

program is short-term in nature and the order of departments you go through can be luck of the draw.

Former Employee - Sales Agent

I worked at New Western full-time for more than a year

Pros

Your income is not capped, very flexible schedule, amazing work environment, family friendly atmosphere, constant support from your broker and team, opportunities to travel for trainings, and... freedom to work from home if needed.

Cons

Commission only which means inconsistent income and no benefits...your income is dependent upon your personal effort so if you fall short, there's no excuse if you don't put the work in.
