Featured Review

Current Employee - Financial Analyst

I have been working at USAA full-time for less than a year

Pros

Flexible, Great Management, High Performance Culture, Great Education Benefits, Purpose Driven

Cons

Rank/Hierarchy, Fixed Promotional Requirements, None, None

Advice to Management

Evaluate employees off of their performance rather than check-the-box minimum requirements.

Former Employee - Mortgage Loan Specialist

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Minimum wage is $20 an hour. Great health care benefits, plenty of time off for vacation and sick time. Depending on your job band... you can have 3 weeks off plus 10 days for sick ( separate from... your vacation). You also have the choice to purchase up to an additional 5 days of PTO with manager approval.

Cons

Very hard to move on or get promoted if you are starting in an entry level position. Most promotions or jobs or given to people that management favors.

Advice to Management

Please give people a chance when it comes to promotion or trying to apply for a new position when they are qualified. Please stop basing it on favoritism
