Current Employee - Customer Engagement Specialist

I have been working at UniGroup full-time for less than a year

Pros

Remote and the days and hours are decent and flexible. I enjoy helping the customers to set up their cross country moves, easy going and laid back management and coworkers, benefits and 401k are all... offered.

Cons

Pay could be better and we just got a raise and it is a crappy 50 cent raise. I mean really? I am told in every one on one meeting with my supervisor that I will be promoted soon and I will be given... more responsibility and a pay increase but that still ceases to occur. Management is poor and so is training.

Advice to Management

Do the opposite of what you are doing now.
