Current Employee - Mortgage Consultant

I have been working at Union Bank full-time for less than a year

Pros

The recruiting team and onboarding was awesome!!! Everyone is cheering for you and VERY HELPFUL! They kept contact on a daily. Good representation of company. Cool coffee machine! Good energy!... Everyone is so helpful.

Cons

Honestly, so far none to report.

Advice to Management

From the very 1st start of my interview they represented the core values (ex..respect and integrity). It continued throughout the process with recruiting and onboarding. Other potential employers... didn't provide the same level of representation of their companies. I'v never seen a company show their core values from different avenues of the business. It truly shows the strong foundation of a company. I'm excited to be part of the team!
